No “E” train service to WTC

Got to WTC to find out that the “E” train is not running down to WTC. Instead, I’d have to take the “A” or “C” trains to West 4th Street and transfer.

There weren’t any notices at the part of the train station where I entered from getting out of the PATH station except for some red tape that some jerk ripped off to create confusion.

I walked to the other end of the station where you gain access to the “A” and “C” trains. There they had signs that clearly state that there not “E” train service at WTC.

This will last thru to Sunday.

I wish MTA would do a better job about informing the commuters and riders of these service changes. Perhaps putting notices in advance of the service changes. They do it for the other train lines. For instance, they pit up notices that some of the F trains will run on the local line from Queens to Manhattan during the weekday. They’ve even indicated the dates this would take effect.
