It’s not even hot yet…

I was on the new “F” train going to work on Monday. The expected high of the day was going to be in the low 60’s; not hot. The morning temperature was in the 50’s when I left home. I was even wearing a sweater; cotton and linen sweater.

The new “F” train had the A/C on as if it was hot with 90 degree temperatures and humid. Did I mention I also had a sweater on? I was still cold.

I don’t understand that with all the new technological advances with the new train, why is temperature control still an issue? It’s not even warm let alone hot, and yet the train is blasting the A/C as if we’re in the middle of a heat wave.

I wonder what are the specs of the new trains, and if it includes a thermostat.

I’m on the Q46 bus going home at night. I admit that it was a warm day today. It was in the high 70’s today. No humidity. It’s not warm this evening and yet the AC is on and blowing. I am wearing a light cotton cardigan. I’m cold. I just don’t understand the logic of turning on the AC when it’s not hot.
