Trying to fit an Indian family on a train bench.

On the new “F” train and this Indian family gets on the train and tries to squeeze four people onto the bench. Mind you the new train benches has a pole in the middle of the bench and you can’t move over even you wanted to. The Indian mother is seated and her daughter (in her 20’s?) jams herself into the seat between me and her mother. The Indian girl tries to push me over even though she sees that there is a pole there and I couldn’t possibly move over. She eventually gets up and moves to another seat. A passenger eventually gets up and the father sits down next to he mother. They try to squeeze together to fit their young son or maybe grandson. It’s an uncomfortable seating arrangement. Luckily they don’t smell, and it was a hot day too.

The young Indian boy eventually gets up and the mother and father slowly moves over. I was relieved to say the least. It wasn’t pleasant having someone smash up against me unnecessarily.
